Viren is the founder of G&G, with specific expertise in Tax, Management Accounts, Business Consulting, and assessing the feasibility of business opportunities. Viren served his articles with KPMG (Durban), where he progressed onto Audit Senior, before founding G&G in 1995. Since then, Viren has been integral in growing and developing G&G into a firm with a sterling reputation amongst clients, banks, SARS, and even other firms. Outside of G&G, Viren is also the founding Director of Personal Wealth Management (Pty) Ltd, an independent financial advisory firm, with a reputation for thorough research and sound investment advice.

DALE NAICKER

Dale Naicker is a Director and Senior Audit Partner at G&G Chartered Accountants Inc. with broad experience across multiple industries. He completed his articles at Aitken Lambert Elsworth before joining the Auditor General of South Africa’s Pretoria Head Office as an Assistant Manager, where he contributed to one of the largest national audits and served on the National Technical and Procurement Committees. Prior to his appointment as Director at G&G in 2014, he led Ernst & Young’s Performance Improvement Division in KwaZulu-Natal.

At G&G, Dale has overseen major audit and assurance engagements , including driving high-value negotiations in banking, finance, and property. He is recognised for his expertise in deal structuring, transaction approvals, valuations, group structuring, and business sales. His extensive experience enables him to guide clients through both strategic growth and exit strategies. In parallel, he remains active in academia, lecturing and mentoring aspiring accountants and auditors from undergraduate level to board exams, reflecting his commitment to the profession and its future leaders.

NOELEN GOVENDER

Noelen Govender CA(SA) is an accomplished audit professional and Associate Director at G&G Chartered Accountants. He joined the firm in 2019 as a trainee accountant, completing his SAICA articles before progressing to Audit Supervisor, Audit Manager in 2023, Senior Audit Manager in 2024, and Associate Director in 2026.

Noelen has extensive experience across industries including fast food, construction, and real estate, working with private companies, trusts, and close corporations. This diverse exposure has equipped him with a strong understanding of varied business environments and reporting requirements. He has also been involved in public sector audits for the Auditor-General of South Africa (AGSA), strengthening his expertise in public sector frameworks, governance, and regulatory compliance.

In addition, Noelen is a registered Tax Practitioner, enabling him to provide integrated audit and tax insights to clients.
